This Privacy Policy explains how Hirodo ("we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our products, websites, and services (the "Services").

• Onboarding inputs: demographics and preferences you provide (e.g., height, weight, preferred sport, dietary preferences, allergies).
• Usage data: app interactions, device/browser info, IP address, and basic analytics events (e.g., signup/onboarding milestones).
• Communications: support messages and feedback.

• Provide, secure, and improve the Services.
• Generate and update your lifestyle plan based on onboarding inputs.
• Communicate with you about the Services (e.g., account emails).
• Prevent abuse and ensure service reliability (rate limiting, security monitoring).

• Performance of a contract (providing the Services you request).
• Legitimate interests (improving and protecting the Services).

We share information with service providers that help us operate the Services (e.g., Supabase for Auth/DB, Google Gemini for content generation, email and analytics providers).
